Regex Tester & Validator

This regex matches mainland China mobile phone numbers. It validates the first three digits against known valid prefixes (13x, 14x, 15x, 16x, 17x, 18x, 19x) and then requires exactly 8 additional digits, resulting in an 11-digit number. It is useful for form validation, extracting phone numbers from text, and data cleaning tasks where Chinese mobile numbers need to be identified or verified.
