Test, validate and match regular expressions
This regex matches email addresses with a user part consisting of alphanumerics, underscores, dots, or hyphens, followed by an @ symbol, and a domain with one or two dot-separated labels ending in a 2-3 letter top-level domain. It is useful for simple email validation, extracting email-like strings from text, or filtering contact forms. The pattern is case-insensitive due to the gi flags.
