Build, test, and debug regular expressions
Matches CSS color declarations that set a white color in inline styles or style blocks. Specifically targets declarations preceded by a semicolon, allowing optional whitespace, and requiring the color value to be #ff followed by one or more f's (i.e., #fff or #ffff). Useful for locating or removing white color overrides in HTML or CSS code. The global and multiline flags enable matching across multiple declarations and lines.
