Regex Editor & Tester

This regex matches hierarchical category paths, starting with a slash followed by a main segment (3-16 chars) and optionally up to 4 subcategory segments (1-48 chars each). Segments can contain Unicode letters, digits, spaces, ampersands, and hyphens, but must start and end with an alphanumeric character. It is useful for validating category URLs or breadcrumb-style paths in web applications.
