This regex extracts software version strings from network device output, specifically for Huawei and Cisco devices. It matches either the VRP or Cisco IOS software banner with a Version token, or just standalone HUAWEI/cisco identifiers. It is useful for parsing `show version` or device inventory logs to identify platform and OS version.
