Matches a DHCP lease block in a lease file, capturing the IP address from the lease line. The pattern uses multiline and dotall flags to span across multiple lines, starting at 'lease', followed by an IP, and continuing until the closing brace. Useful for parsing dhcpd.leases files or similar configuration formats.
