Matches substrings enclosed in double quotes, capturing the content between the opening and closing quote. The pattern uses a greedy quantifier to match one or more characters, so it will capture the longest possible span until the last double quote on the line. Useful for extracting quoted strings, parsing CSV fields, or identifying quoted text in logs and configuration files.
