Regex Tester & Validator

This PCRE2 regex anchors at the start of a string and captures everything up to the position immediately following the word 'Wood ' (with a trailing space). The greedy capture group consumes as much as possible while the positive lookbehind asserts that the match position is right after 'Wood '. It's useful for extracting content before a specific keyword in text processing.
