Regex Tester & Validator

This regex matches a quantity at the start of a line, supporting both Unicode fraction characters (¼, ½, ¾) and numeric ratios/decimals like 1/2, 1.5, or 1,5. It optionally captures a unit of measurement (oz, cup, tsp, tbsp, dash) followed by whitespace. Useful for parsing recipe ingredients or extracting measurement amounts from structured text.
