Matches a colon followed by a newline and whitespace, then captures any following whitespace, newlines, or characters until the first occurrence of 'modern' (excluded). This regex is useful for isolating or cleaning up audit trail blocks in structured text, such as YAML or log sections, by identifying content that starts after a key and ends before a specific marker. The 'gm' flags enable multi-line matching across the entire text.
