Matches a string consisting of any prefix followed by a slash and a UUID in canonical 8-4-4-4-12 hexadecimal format. Commonly used to validate or capture Atom feed entry IDs (atomId) that embed a UUID after a base URL or namespace. The greedy prefix captures everything before the final slash, making it useful for extracting the UUID from full URIs.
