Matches array-like substrings enclosed in square brackets, optionally surrounded by single or double quotes. The pattern captures the opening bracket (with optional preceding quote), the content between brackets, and the closing bracket (with optional trailing quote). Useful for extracting array literals or bracketed text from larger strings, such as parsing code snippets or data structures. The global flag allows finding all occurrences.
