This regex matches two phone number formats: international numbers starting with a '+' followed by a 2-digit country code and two 5-digit groups (e.g., +91-12345-67890), and US-style numbers with a parenthesized 3-digit area code followed by a 3-digit exchange and 4-digit subscriber number (e.g., (123)-456-7890). It uses the global and multiline flags to find all matches across multiple lines of text.
