This regex matches SQL CREATE TABLE statements, capturing the table name that follows the keyword. The table name can contain letters, digits, underscores, hyphens, and backticks, covering common SQL identifiers including quoted or escaped names. It is useful for parsing SQL dumps, analyzing schema changes, or extracting table names from migration scripts. The pattern only targets the initial portion of the statement, up to the table name, and does not validate the full DDL.
