Regex Editor & Tester

This regex matches sequences of alphanumeric characters, optionally followed by an apostrophe plus a single alphanumeric character (repeated), and optionally preceded by a hyphen and more alphanumeric characters. It is useful for tokenizing words that may contain internal apostrophes (like contractions) or hyphens (like compound words) while ignoring punctuation and spaces. The global flag allows matching all such tokens in a string.
