Regex Tester & Validator

This regex matches integer or decimal numbers with an optional leading + or - sign, but excludes any representation of zero (e.g., 0, 0.0, -0, +0.00). It uses a negative lookahead to reject strings that consist only of zeros with optional decimal point and zeros. Useful for validating non-zero numeric input in forms or data processing.
