Matches 3D coordinate strings in the format <x=N, y=N, z=N>, where each axis value may include an optional sign (+, -, or |) followed by digits. Designed for parsing moon position input from Advent of Code Day 12, which involves simulating N-body gravity between moons. Captures the x, y, and z values into three groups for easy extraction.
