Regex Tester & Validator

This PCRE regex matches package names, versions, or artifact identifiers starting with alphanumeric characters and plus signs. It captures the primary name (including optional dot, underscore, or dash separated alphabetic suffixes) into the first group, and any trailing version, build, or release metadata into the second group. It is particularly useful for parsing software package versions, release filenames, or custom build tags.
