Matches lines that begin with 1-3 digits, have any content, and end with 1-3 digits. With the 'm' flag, it applies to each line individually. Useful for validating or extracting numeric prefixes and suffixes in text, such as log entries, configuration lines, or data rows with IDs or scores.
