Matches URLs or paths that contain 'sem2016/accountant' optionally followed by a slash, then any characters that include at least one non-alphanumeric character, and optionally ending with '.aspx'. The regex is case-insensitive and multiline, allowing it to match across lines. Commonly used to identify or extract accountant-related pages under the sem2016 path, especially for legacy ASP.NET sites.
