This PCRE2 regex uses a named capture group 'AppliedRule' to match two patterns: either 'Rule-' followed by 4-50 characters plus any trailing text, or 'Row' with 2-4 characters, 'DT-', 1-50 characters, and trailing text, all ending with a closing bracket. It appears designed for parsing structured logs or configuration files where rule identifiers follow specific naming conventions. The global and multiline flags enable matching across multiple lines.
