This regex matches HTML anchor tags (<a>) that contain a data-geo-type attribute and a title attribute set to "that". Group 1 captures the data-geo-type attribute along with any adjacent attributes, while group 2 lazily captures everything up to and including title="that". The lazy .*? then matches the link's inner content up to the closing </a> tag, making it useful for extracting geolocation links from HTML, such as in web scraping or HTML parsing tasks.
