Regex Tester & Validator

This regex matches JSON-like key-value pairs for Title, Department, Name, and Phone in that exact order. It uses named capturing groups to extract the values, allowing any non-greedy content between the quotes. Useful for quickly parsing structured data from logs or mixed text where a full JSON parser is overkill, but beware of quoted strings containing escaped quotes.
