This regex matches HTML span elements whose style attribute contains custom CSS properties `--en-type: tag` and `--en-tagId: <id>`. It captures the tag ID (from the `--en-tagId` value) and the inner text of the span, ignoring optional semicolons and escaped backslashes. This is useful for parsing annotated text or entity mentions from HTML where metadata is embedded in the style attribute.
