Build, test, and debug regular expressions
Parses tilde-delimited address strings from the 1C address classifier (FIAS/KLADR format), capturing the first object's level code (s1), its name (n), an optional abbreviation code (a1), and an optional second address level with code (s2) and name (a2). Uses JavaScript named capture groups so each component can be extracted directly by name. The gm flags allow processing multiple address entries line by line. Useful for splitting formatted FIAS address records into structured fields for display or storage.
