Regex Tester & Validator

Matches entire lines composed solely of digits, hyphens, dots, and commas. With the multiline flag, ^ and $ anchor to the start and end of each line, making it useful for filtering or validating lines of numeric data such as -1,234.56 or European formats like 1.234,56. Note it only checks the allowed character set, not valid number structure, so strings like '1..2' or '--5' would also pass.
